Your warranty provides 1 year coverage on workmanship (cosmetic items), 2 years on mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and a 6 year warranty on structural items (Foundation, Structural Framing). We believe that we build a quality product, but in the event something happens you are covered.
